Terms and Conditions

If referred to as ‘us’ ‘our’ or ‘we’ this will be referred to as Salisbury Gas Shop.

“You or Your” means the person whose order for the Goods is accepted by us.

We shall retain ownership of all goods until full payment is received. The goods shall be at your risk immediately on receipt of the delivery.

Click and collect items are reserved for up to 24 hours. Once this period has finished items will then be available or other customers to purchase

Products which contain gas can only be delivered by us or collected by the customer. This process will mean the exchange of an old CALOR bottle and no other gas company.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required from a customer before goods can be provided and in some cases, payments will need to be cleared before this can happen, if the payment does not clear we have the right to cancel the order completely. By ordering any products from our website you accept the terms and conditions we have enlisted.

Delivery Terms

Delivery will be varied depending on certain items, whether that is size or the type of product. For example, products which contain gas can only be delivered by our delivery drivers and not posted. Where third party service providers are used, the quality of delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Product Information

Age restricted items may need some form of identification. If a product needs identification and this is not given to us, then items will not be able to be handed over to the customer.

Right to Cancel

Items can only be returned in unused condition and returned in original packaging. If item has been used or original packing disposed, then item cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

Online Orders – Refunds for online orders may be requested within 14 days of purchase and items must be returned, unused, in their original packaging and condition so that they can be resold. Refunds will not be processed until the product has been successfully returned to us. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange postage and, if required, proof of doing so.

Requests must be made either over the phone (followed up by email or written communication) or email to john@salisburygasshop.co.uk. Payment of refunds will be made within 28 days of Salisbury Gas Shop accepting the refund. If we need to return funds back to you then this will be done in the same method as you paid with.

If products are also faulty then you will need to provide photographic evidence, so we can arrange a suitable solution for this.

In store – If there are problems in collection whilst then the problem will be sorted there and then in person.
